Long time no see...

Hello everyone! I know that I have really been slacking on my blogging... I'm not sure why. I love to look at everyone else's but when it comes to mine I just can't seem to muster the enthusiasm. But I've decided to kick it into gear. I will try very hard to keep my blog updated. Where to start...
Well towards the end of summer my family, our friends the Robisons, Spencer and I went to the Journey Concert. It really good! We all had a blast.

Viva la Vegas

Over UEA weekend the fam went to Vegas, mostly to see baby Kamryn (whom is so adorable and I can't wait to see at Thanksgiving!) and to just get away for the weekend. We stayed in Primm Valley, about half an hour outside of Vegas, in Whiskey Pete's Resort. It's really similar to the Belagio, except for....you know... it's much older, smaller, and smellier. :) But we had a good time! I know you've all seen pictures of the baby but I'll put up a few that we took.

Weddings!

It seems that all my friends from high school are getting married! Everyone says that I'm at that age now and I should just get used to it... It still seems crazy at times. Anyway, I've been to many bridal showers and Spencer has been a good sport about going to weddings. (You would think the novelty of getting dressed up would have worn off by now and I would stop taking pictures of the two of us... I blame my mother for this.)

Summertime

Happy 4th of July everyone! Just thought I'd put up a few pictures that we've taken lately. Spencer and I have been able to do lots of fun things so far this summer. We went camping with our friends. Our friend Nick got a flat tire, which would normally not be a big deal, but someone lost a lugnut in the dirt so all six of us were kicking around sage brush and dirt for about a half an hour looking for it. We found it eventually! It was funny because the boys were in charge of bringing food. That was a mistake. They brought packages of hot dogs, buns, and thats it. So we had to whittle some sticks to cook with. Believe me, I'll never let that happen again!
My family and I went to Bear Lake a few weeks ago. We brought Spencer and his sister Jacqui. We had alot of fun on these bikes we rented called Banana Bikes. We have been renting them for years so we forgot that it takes awhile to get the hang of them (do you remember Brandi? haha). Spence and Jac probably didn't have as much fun as we did. Jacqui finally got the steering down, after almost being hit by a car, and Spence was doing ok until he started going so fast that he lost control and crashed. Hard. (Don't tell him I told you because he's still embarassed!)

End of school

Well, this week is finals week. I have three finals! So I've been a little nervous for those. (Mostly for math). I'll be moving home on Friday. I'm very excited to get back to Salt Lake and be with the fam again. It's sad leaving all my roommates though. We've all gotten so used to living with each other that I think I'll be a little lost at first without them at first. Most of us (Lorana couldn't make it) went to a goodbye dinner. We talked about our first impressions of each other and the fun/crazy memories we have of our first year in college! It was a lot of fun.

Birthday

On my birthday my friends and I went to one of our favorite restaurants in Logan called Angie's Diner. We got something called "The Sink". It is a big sink filled with an ice cream sundae. Our waitress was nice enough to let us know that it's two pounds of ice cream!
If you eat the whole sink you get a bumper sticker that says "I cleaned the Sink at Angie's". My friends were kind enough to let me have it! I was very excited.

Christmas in College

I know this is so old but I thought I'd put up the few pictures I have from Christmas. We got a real Christmas tree. We're still not sure if this was allowed but no one seemed to notice!
This was at our little gift exchange. We ordered pizza and unwrapped presents. Everyone but Yun Young is in this picture. (She usually doesn't come out of her room.)
Oh yes, we even had mistletoe above the door. But I don't think that any one of us put this to use....?

I'm Baaaaaack

Hello family!
I know it's been forever since I've posted anything. I'm very sorry. I've been getting many complaints so, here I am. My page looks weird but I have been messing around on it and can't figure out how to make it cute! Brandi I need your help here.
Well, I have just been busy with school. The spring semester just started, which is a little ironic because there is absolutely no signs of spring in Logan. It seems like it snows at least a little bit every day! The other morning I got into my car and it was 0 degrees. BRRRRRRRRR..... I'm sick of being cold to say the least.
Last semester went really well. I ended up with a 3.9 gpa so I was very happy about that. (Darn A-). This semester seems to be going just as well. I'm taking a Political Science class and I'm a bit scared. We have our first test coming up so cross your fingers.
It was hard coming back up here after spending 3 weeks at home for Christmas break. I loved seeing all of you. But I'm getting used to it again. My days usually consist of class, the gym, and homework.
I tease my mom that I eat better at college than I do at home. I have two roommates who could be the best cooks ever (well not compared to you Kelly.) Every Sunday I get a big dinner and they are usually baking treats throughout the week! They are the best. One of them, Chelsie, has a big cabin in Bear Lake so next weekend we're all going down to stay there with her family. She has snowmobiles and an indoor heated pool so that should be really fun!
On the weekends we usually go to basketball or hockey games. (The sports USU are actually decent at.) They are really fun. A lot of USU students go and the school spirit is amazing! We also go see movies or go out to dinner. Yesterday two of my roommates and I went to a Bridal Fair that was on campus. (Don't get any ideas, it was just for fun.) I mostly went for the free food samples but it turned out to be a lot of fun. We got sick of everyone asking us who was getting married so we took turns saying we just got engaged. Ha ha. One of my roommates now has her wedding planned right down to the kind of food she is going to have catered. We joke that all she needs now is a groom! And why didn't they have a booth for those at the Fair?
Valentine's Day is coming up. That means Spencer and I have been together over a year now (suddenly..... claustrophobic.....) Hehe. I'm just kidding. He is great and we've been having a lot of fun.
Well I think thats all for now. I will try and take more pictures to post! Kelly and Brandi: Tell your kids Happy Birthday and give them a kiss for me. I wish I could be there.
Hope all is well in your families! Lots of love. Kels
P.s. Uncle Danny, I hope this makes you happy ;)
